We wanted a small knife with the handle offset from the blade, which offers plenty of finger clearance. The blade is nicely curved for small dicing and the soft feel of the handle gives a good grip. The blade is well seated in the handle and appears to be good steel. Have enjoyed using it.

I had one of these knives and thought I lost it and panicked. I ordered more as an emergency stash. I found the original inside the egg carton in the refrigerator. For someone like me with small hands, this is a great knife.
